Baptism of Jacob Lourey
We will celebrate the baptism of Jacob, son of Ally and Adam during worship on Sunday 27th May.

Helen Rowe’s father
We hold Helen & Mal Rowe and their family in our hearts following the death of her father, Alan Moulton, on Monday.  Alan was 98 years & 11 months old.  The funeral will be held on Wednesday 30th May at 10.00 am at the Rosanna Baptist Church, Corner Waiora Rd and Churchill Street, Heidelberg Heights, followed by a private cremation.

Peter Hornby’s mother
We hold Peter & Christine Hornby and their family in our hearts following the death of his mother, Helen Hornby, on Wednesday.  Helen was 92 years old.  The funeral will be held on Wednesday 30th May at 11:45am at the Fawkner Cemetery.

Printer
The church has a new printer, very similar to our previous one.  If you have any problems using it please call Saide, 0407 096 743.

Worship Workshop
Ian Ferguson will offer a workshop for all worship, children’s time and prayer leaders and anyone else interested in exploring these roles on Wednesday 30th May, 7:30pm in the Church.  Contact Ian, 0438 547 842to express your interest.

Uniting Winter Appeal
The Uniting Winter Appeal Pie Drive has been cancelled.  On Sunday 3rd June you will be invited to make a retiring offering for the Uniting Winter Appeal.

Trivia Night & Auction
Save the date for the Trivia Night & Auction, a FUNdraiser for the Olive Way on Saturday 16th June. It’s going to be lots of fun – six big rounds of trivia, four fabulous auction items, lots of prizes to be won. Contact Saide Cameron, 0407 096 743, to book a table or a seat, to offer to help organize the event or to simply to find out more.

Stewart Lodge Driving Roster
We are looking for new drivers to join the Stewart Lodge Driving roster.  Drivers need arrive at Stewart Lodge at 9am, go to the office, ask for an announcement to be made that ‘a driver is available, come down in the next five minutes if you want to go to church’.   After worship, at around 11am, you will take the residents home again.
Please contact Saide Cameron, 0407 096 743, if you can join the Stewart Lodge Driving roster – if we have 8 drivers that will require only a one-Sunday every two months commitment.

Everyone is welcome to the Science Fiction and Fantasy Service on Sunday 24th June, 2pm at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Nelson Place, Williamstown.  Join the Venerable Bill and the Reverend Avril and worship in costume.
