Congregational Meeting
At the request of Church Council, we are calling a special Congregational Meeting on Sunday 20th May. It’s not a decision making meeting, but an important opportunity for everyone to hear about (and if they wish, comment upon) developments in our Children, Youth and Young Adults ministry. Please join us after worship and a brief morning tea for what should be a short and informative meeting.

BUC News

News from Sacred Edge …
Sacred Edge was great and a highlight for me was Louise Marson (lady with two cute dogs who participates in the Olive Arts Collective Wednesday program) winning the people’s choice awardfor her two mosaics artworks  – Mother Theresa and Sadhu. Huge congratulations to Louise. Her work is detailed and quite astonishing.  In her artists bio, Louise makes reference to the Olive Arts Collective and I quote ‘ I am open to the notion of hope that is sparked by attending the Olive Arts Collective’. It is heartening to read that our group in its context of the Olive Way and BUC offers people that notion of HOPE and this would surely be part of not only our goal but also our mission statement.  Thank you for all your support and we look forward to The Olive Arts Collective returning end of May!  Sparking the notion of hope.
Cheers, Ann Soo
