Rethinking Racism on Zoom

Join the Justice and Mission Committee in a space for listening, discussion and reflection about racism and anti-racism. We will be listening to First Nations voices on these topics, and reflecting on how we can act in good allyship.  Join us on Zoom.

• The session will offer a video to watch and a written piece to read through together.
• We will then break into groups and spend time reflecting on and sharing our responses to each piece of media.
• The session will conclude with a whole group reflection and an invitation to engage in further actions as participants are able.

This session will be facilitated by Semisi Tapueluelu and Abi Benham-Bannon, with supporting facilitators to guide small group discussions.
