Pancake Fundraiser for Uniting

Jan Garood will cook pancakes for morning tea on the 11th of February at Sophia’s Spring UC congregation (CERES). She will commence tossing from eleven or whenever worship finishes there. We are invited to join them.

Jan provide the pancakes and people help themselves to teas and coffee. People make a donation to support the Uniting fundraiser. She will cook for an hour. So if folks can get to CERES by noon, they can have a pancake.

Jan does have some history with pancakes. She was the pancake cook at The Green Man music lounge cafe in the 70’s. Her skill at tossing pancakes is the thing her kids most admire about her. She has also done Cert iv in food handling.
