UPDATE, read on …

There’s still time to register!  If you’ve forgotten to tell us you are coming to the BIG Fundraiser on Saturday night please let Helen Rowe know by Friday afternoon so that seating can be finalised.  SMS 0423 009 813 or email helen.rowe@rocketmail.com

What to bring:

  • Food to share at your table during the evening
  • All drinks,  BYO alcohol permitted on this occasion
  • Drinking glasses, any plates or cutlery you might need
  • A table cloth, and  table decorations if desired to liven up your table.
  • Your Generosity in the form of $$’s offered for the live and Silent Auction items, and the preserves and baked goods stall.

Pay on entry – #20/$12 concession.  It’s going to be BIG – with a huge crowd, a DJ and lots of fun!  And hopefully we will achieve our goal to raise $10,000 towards the running costs of the Olive Way program.  Check out the LIVE AUCTION list here.  So much on offer!!!!

Over the last 16 years, the Olive Way has been a place for chatting, eating and creating art – including performance.  OW is open three days a week and provides a good nourishing meal on two of those days.

The evening of Saturday 2nd of September is your opportunity to join with the people of Olive Way for a party and the opportunity to contribute to operating expenses.

There will be music provided by DJ Trish Thomson, an “Art Off” where you will have the opportunity to influence the work of two competing artists, various attractive items for auction and the good company of people who value OW.

Alistair Hunter promises to introduce fiendishly clever methods to enable you to give money to support this great BUC activity in the heart of the Brunswick community.

Plan now to come along that night and bring some food and drinks to share.

Bring your friends to make up a table and have a great time!

Bookings are available via Trybooking – with payment for entry on the night – $20 full, $12 concession.
We will invite our OW friends at no cost to them.

Mal Rowe would be delighted to hear of items you may like to donate for the auction.
