Worship – Pentecost 24A

On Pentecost 23A, 15th November we remembered two anniversaries and at the end of NAIDOC week ‘Always was, always will be’ we reflected on the parable of the talents and asking ‘What have we been entrusted with?’ ‘What is the right use of what we have?”

Candle Story project – This project is an invitation for each of us to share the story of the candle we are lighting in our homes or the candle holder.

At different times in the life of BUC, we have invited the oldest and the youngest member of our congregation to take part, as a way of honouring what has gone before us and looking to the future.  Today, Richard Collard and Natalie Hakimi joined Kirsty Bennett in lighting the Christ Candle.  Watch here.  Read here.

You can read all the stories on the Lighting Candles at Home page.

360 Tour Take a virtual tour around our worship space.  Pause in familiar spaces.  Explore new spaces.  Click on the tags to learn more about our mission and ministry.  With many thanks to Chris Magee for so very generously setting up the tour.
