Brooch Lovers Big Day Out event
On Saturday 2nd March brooch lovers will once again be partying on our property in their hundreds.  A donation will be made to the Asylum Seeker Welcome Centre by the organizer (Julie & Peter McKinnon’s daughter Kate).  Julie would love to have a couple of helpers to clean up after the event from 4:30-5:30.  Please call her to offer your assistance, 0404 563 398.

Sydney Rd. Street Party
Join in the fun on Sunday 3rd March of the Sydney Rd. Street Party.  As always we will have a presence on the street with hospitality offered in our buildings.  Our theme for this year is Respect.  We want to engage the community in a conversation about respect – who we respect and who we don’t, who needs respect.  The party is such a fabulous opportunity to get involved with the whole Sydney Rd. community.  Please consider offering an hour or two of your time for one or more of these activities. Contact Saide Cameron if you can, 0407 096 743.

Ash Wednesday
Join us for worship on Wednesday 6th March, 7:30pm in the garden as we begin the season of Lent.

The Discipleship & Education Committee has chosen the Centre for Theology & Ministry resource ‘Lenten Reflections 2019‘ for our focus this season.  For information about how we will be using the resource is available here.

for the Congregation on Sunday 17th March.  After the service from 11 am to 12 noon there will be an Olive Way Information Session in the Olive Way area. We will update everyone about the recent Olive Way Review which took place during 2018. There will also be a chance to ask questions.
There will also be a Question and Answer session during worship regarding the role of the Olive Way Coordinator. Church Council has recently asked the Presbytery to make this a Pastor role and Peter Blair will be available to share how he sees this role developing.
