On leave
Ian Ferguson and Dave Hall will be on leave in the week following Holy Week.  We will welcome Rev. Deac. Jeanne Beale, one of our Presbytery Ministers, as our preacher for worship on Sunday 24th April.

Farewell Dave
We will farewell Dave Hall as our Children, Youth & Young Adult Pastor during worship on Sunday 1st May.  The Presbytery will lead the formal part of the liturgy.  Speeches and gifts will be offered and presented during morning tea after worship.  A book will be available for you to write a personal message if you wish.  If you can’t be there and want to offer a message please email CYYA Chair, Joel Hallinan, joelhallinan@yahoo.com.au.

Plant Sale
Come along to the fabulous Sale Plants Plus at Strathmore Uniting Church on Saturday 30th April, 9am-1pm. This is the first of two sales a year that SUC runs and the money they receive is the backbone of their financial viability. Their plants are of excellent quality due to Don Fuller who faciliates their Green Thumbs group.

Olive Way – Volunteers needed
The Olive Way has regained its pre-covid numbers.  Recently we served between 35-45 people for lunch and our volunteers are being run off their feet!
If you would like to become a part of the Olive way team, helping out preparing and cooking food, cleaning up or chatting to people, please contact Ruth or Peter at buc.oliveway@gmail.com or Peter on  0431 193 810.  Our lunch days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9:30-1:30.
