With Love to the World
This publication is a daily Bible reading guide. Passages to be read in Uniting Churches on the coming Sunday are asterisked.  Twenty-three B.U.C. members are subscribers. They will get their third of four booklets in early August. BUT it is not too late to join in. If you want to subscribe for the remaining two publications see Faye Findlay on Sunday 1st, 8th or 15th of July. It will cost $10.

Olive Pesto – Mid-Wintercraft Meetup
Make, Learn, Laugh, Give – You are invited to the Brunswick UC’s “Craft Connection” Mid-Wintercraft Meetup on Saturday 7th July, 10am-noon in the Youth HallBring what you love to do or try ‘something new’.  Being Mid-Winter, the Olive Pesto team will be serving heart-warming Gluhwein and Biscotti/ Panforte.

BUC Cycle
Join in the fun of the next BUC Cycle ride after worship on Sunday 8th July. Ride your bike to church, bring your lycra (optional) and be ready to participate in a gently paced 30km ride with a stop for icercream or coffee along the way. Bush Dance
Save the date for the Bush Dance on Saturday 21stJuly.  This event is a FUNdraiser for the Asylum Seeker Welcome Centre.

Pop-up Op-Shop
One of the features of the evening will be the return of Helen Burnham’s much loved Pop-up Op-Shop.  Start hunting through your cupboards and wardrobes for items that you no longer want or need.  Contact Helen, 0412 947 647, if you have any questions.  Donations can be brought to church from Sunday 1stJuly.

Assembly Installation service

The 15th Assembly meeting will be hosted by the Synod of Victoria and Tasmania at the Box Hill Town Hall, Melbourne from Sunday 8 July until Saturday 14 July 2018.

Rachael Hocking is a Warlpiri woman with roots in the Northern Territory and Victoria. A graduate of Brunswick Secondary College, with a Bachelor in Communication (Journalism) from RMIT, she is now a reporter and video-journalist for NITV’s news and current affairs team and co-host for the channel’s flagship show, The Point.
Rachael will tell us about the women who have empowered, inspired and enriched her life.
