Farewell Dave
We will farewell Dave Hall as our Children, Youth & Young Adult Pastor during worship on Sunday 1st May.  Bruce Missen, chair of the Presbytery Pastoral Care Relations committee, will lead the formal part of the liturgy.  Speeches and gifts will be offered and presented during morning tea after worship.

Send a photo for worship
On Sunday 8th May we will have the story of Tabitha in Acts 9 who made tunics and clothing as gifts to her community.  You are invited, especially (but not only) if you are a child, to send a photo of a gift of home-made clothing that you have been given by someone who loves you to iferguson@icloud.com .

INVITATION to Food Co-op Distribution Day this Saturday 30 April.
Have you tried our Food Co-op yet?  Members of the congregation are invited to come and try this Saturday 30th April between 9.30 and 11.45 am.  Meet in the Olive Way space.  We stock 60 products including dry foods and liquid cleaning products. We buy in bulk and you bring along your empty containers to fill in household quantities. Many Australian sourced products and organic where possible. Take a step to reduce food packaging by buying though our Food Co-op.

Plant Sale
Come along to the fabulous Sale Plants Plus at Strathmore Uniting Church on Saturday 30th April, 9am-1pm. This is the first of two sales a year that SUC runs and the money they receive is the backbone of their financial viability. Their plants are of excellent quality due to Don Fuller who faciliates their Green Thumbs group.
