Family Board Games Night
Saturday 7th October
Come along for a bring and share dinner from 5pm.  This is a low stress way to get to know other families and kids as well as play some games together.  Bring along your favourites or join in with others on the night.  If board games aren’t your thing, come along anyway, there will be lots of ways to join in. Update from the Joint Nominating Committee (JNC)
The JNC has finalised our Congregation Profile, and this has been approved by Church Council. It will now be considered by the Presbytery Pastoral Relations Committee on 3rd October.
Our Congregational Profile describes Brunswick Uniting Church, and what we are looking for in a Minister. The Minister of the Word that we call will be a part of the minstry team at BUC, and she/he will join Cath James and Peter Blair to offer ministry in our congregation.

Tending to Stories
The Tending to Stories Exhibition will be a visual feast for story lovers from 13th October through to November hosted and supported by the Centre for Theology and Ministry.  Submissions are very welcome.

ASWC looking for volunteers
The Asylum Seeker Welcome Centre is currently looking for volunteers and has been struggling to fill these roles for a few months now.  They are in most need of a Foodbank Driver– must have Tuesday availability 9.30-2PM. This role also require a lot of manual handling. The second is an online English teacher (Tuesday or Wednesday).
