World Wide Knit in Public Day

Olive Pesto is holding our 9th World Wide Knit in Public Day (WWKIP) on Saturday the 13th of June 2026. 10am to 3pm in the Main Hall.
This year our theme is “Warm hands warm hearts“
World We have a guest speaker Andrea Ziberman KOGO Community Education Liaison (Knit One Give One – Kogo), 11am.
BYO Lunch – Tea & Coffee provided
With this year’s theme in mind we will be making fingerless gloves and beanies to donate to Kogo and BUC Olive Way. Here is the link to the pattern for easy gloves. “Very Simple Knitted Fingerless Gloves” www.kogo.org.au/patterns
We have also received some large knitted squares/rectangles to join into blankets. Here is a joined blanket from last year.
