Victoria’s Treaty Project | Learn more with the Walking Together Group

Chris Marshall will speak about the current treaty project in Victoria and related matters – eg the work of the Yoorrook Truth Commission.
Chris has worked with Aboriginal people right across the nation for five decades. For the past 20 years he has had a prominent role in Victorian land justice matters and has in recent years worked closely with Marcus Stewart, co-Chair of the First Peoples’ Assembly of Victoria, and with other Victorian Kooris prominent in the treaty-making and truth-telling processes.
He retired at the start of this year but retains close links with key Indigenous players. He is a committed Christian.
