Olive Way Christmas Party

The Olive Way are holding our annual Christmas lunch on the 13th December at 12:30pm.  Nibbles in the Olive way area from 10am. It will be huge fun!

We would love some extra help to make it happen

1. Ideas and energy for small gifts – 80 -100 people.  Shortbread?  Make and wrap them. (Only if there is energy for this)
2. Decorations team – set up on the 12th Dec during the day
3. Cooking team – preparation 12th December
4. Cooking, serving, hosting and clean up team on the day any time you are available between 9:30-4
5. Music team – for carols between main course and dessert around 1:15-1:45

Ruth’s phone was smashed last week and she lost the details of those who signed up a couple of weeks ago.  Please email Peter and Ruth at buc.oliveway@gmail.com to confirm what you would like to do and when.
