What – Simone Alesich will speak about her current exhibition at the Avondale Heights Learning Centre and then engage participants in using discarded plastic materials to create sculptural pieces.
This workshop/presentation speaks directly to the commitment BUC to climate change and caring for the earth. It will offer opportunity for consciousness raising about discarded items that can be transformed into objects of interest and beauty.
Participants will be invited to share their creations for worship on 25th September as part of the Season of Creation.
