Holy Week Worship planning

Join members of the worship committee for dinner and conversation on Wednesday 1st March, 6:30-8:30pm, as we plan worship for Holy Week.

Holy Week begins with Palm Sunday, 2nd April and concludes on Easter Sunday 9th April with 5 services in total:

• Palm Sunday, 2nd April, we join an ecumenical walk to Christ Church Anglican, the Baptist congregation returns to conclude worship with us
• Maundy Thursday, 6th April, 7:30pm, we gather to engage with the story of Jesus’ Last Supper
• Good Friday, 7th April, we return to conclude the story of Christ’s passion which will be shaping our worship during Lent
• Easter Day, 9th April, 6:15am (exact time to be confirmed), we worship at dawn and reaffirm our baptism
• Easter Day, 9th April, we celebrate the Risen Christ around his table
