Christian Meditation

Come and join the Christian Mediation group at the Olive Way on Tuesday mornings at 11am.

The group meets for about 30 minutes.  Richard Arnold coordinates the group which follows the John Main tradition. We use a Christian prayer word (or mantra) which is repeated silently and interiorly for around 15 minutes.We meet in the chapel space in the church. We listen to a short talk, meditate for 15 minutes, and then close with a short prayer.

Come a bit earlier or stay for a while afterwards if you like for a cuppa and a snack – spend some time with other Olive Way participants.
