Book Club at BUC

We will start 2021 with The Gifts of Reading, an anthology of essays about the joys of reading and of giving books, from some of the world’s most beloved writers. 

‘This story, like so many stories, begins with a gift. The gift, like so many gifts, was a book…’ So begins the essay by Robert Macfarlane that inspired this collection.

In addition, we will each choose either a book recommended in The Gifts of Reading or a book written by one of the contributors to share at our February meeting. 

The Evening BUC Book Club is currently at capacity. However, let us know you are interested in an evening group.
