Book Club at BUC
September 23 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
We meet on Wednesday (4th of the month) at 7pm in the Merri Street Hall and on zoom. During winter we only meet on Zoom. New members welcome.
For our August meeting we had a good, deep look at The Book of Longings by Sue Monk Kidd. This follows the life of Jesus from the perspective of his wife. Most of us enjoyed it and admired how the author wove all the disperate characters and strands together.
Our next book is Dusk by Robbie Arnott.
And we’ll be meeting online at 7pm on September 23.
