Hi there!
I would like to offer doing a yoga exercise with you for half an hour on Monday mornings – either outside if the weather allows or inside the youth hall.
The exercise is called 5 Tibetans and aims to stretch your spine at various parts of it to enhance the energy flow from there to your whole body. I have been doing these exercises for 25 years now and they help me organise my day, keep my body fit and allow some time for reflection and gratitude.
Because doing the 5 Tibetans has such benefits for me, I would like to share it with you, but I can not take any responsibility for your health and safety since I am not a trained teacher. My experience is limited to having done the 5 Tibetans with some of you during church camps in the years 2007-2013!
We can meet from Monday 22/8 until Monday 10/10 – maybe I can not make it on all 8 Monday mornings, but let’s see that as we go.
