Our AGM together with the Election of Elders and Congregation Leaders will be held after worship on Sunday 14th June.  The meeting will be chaired by Kate Scull, Congregation Chairperson.  The agenda will be emailed on Tuesday 2nd June.

The Olive Harvest (collection of Annual Reports) will be distributed to the same email group as for distribution of the Olive Branch (monthly newsletter).  Please note that if you usually receive the Olive Branch by email and would prefer a printed copy of this much larger document you simply need to request one, email Saide Cameron.

Election of Elders The Church Council has oversight of the ministry and mission of the congregation and is served in this work by an extensive committee structure.  It is made up of 10 Elders (confirmed members or members-in-association of the congregation) together with the Minister of the Word and Olive Way Pastor.  As part of the nomination process Elders will indicate the length of term they will serve.  Profiles the nominated Elders will be provided with the agenda.  Read ‘Why, What and How?‘ by Carolyn Wallace and Mick Pope.

Election of Congregation Office Bearers  Office Bearers for the Congregation (Chairperson, Secretary and Presbytery Representatives) are elected at the Annual General Meeting.  Nominations are called for at the meeting.  The term of office is 12 months.  Our current office bearers are Kate Scull (chair and Presbytery representative), Saide Cameron (Secretary) and Jamie Thom (Presbytery representative).
