The Sydney Rd. Street Party is a wonderful community event and we always join in the fun, opening our buildings with a wide range of activities and nearly always with our Community Rainbow on the street.
We missed the joy of this community party due to covid related restrictions during 2021 and 2022.

Care for Creation
The Justice & Mission committee together with the Climate Action group offered activities to engage people in reflecting on climate change.

Respect
One of the outcomes of the 2018 Olive Way Review was the Respect project from which emerged a series of postcards created by the Olive Arts Collective artists. We invited the SRSP party community to engage with this theme.

Listen
We invited people to reflect on ‘Listening at the rainbow’ and to post something they would like people to hear/ take away a message which speaks to them. Lots of other fun activities were on offer.

We invited the community onto our site and into our buildings ‘… because love matters …’
