‘We need to dream powerfully’
Stefano Conti – Artist and poet of The Olive Arts Collective.

BUC Arts produces and supports many wonderful ways that art and creativity is explored, offered and celebrated in our community including –

  • The Olive Pesto and Olive Arts Collective
  • World Wide Knit in Public Day, Felting for Peace, Collage Workshops
  • What is Creativity exhibition, participating in the Brunswick Studio Walk, Art for the Heart exhibitions

Following the recent Arts Access and Olive Arts review, the Justice & Mission Committee recommended that a Planning Day be held to reflect on the story so far, to dream together and plan for the future. The gathering will be facilitated by artist and facilitator Liz Johnson. We will also visit the Counihan Gallery for the opening of Moreland Summer Show for inspiration and interest. Three members of our congregation have artworks in the show!
