Join in the fun of singing Christmas Carols on the steps facing Sydney Rd after worship on the third Sunday of Advent, 17th December. We make a joyful sound and have fun singing all our favourite carols all while attracting the admiring attention of passersby.

Join us for Stewart Lodge Carols, 85 Stewart St. Brunswick on Tuesday 19th December at 6:30pm to sing carols and then share in the joy and fun of gift giving and supper. (Bring a plate of supper to share.)

The Olive Way will close for the year on Wednesday 20th December with the annual Christmas Lunch. All hands on deck will be needed to help out with setting up, shopping for supplies, helping out Pete and Hannah in the kitchen on the Monday (18th), serving, cleaning, and packing up at the end.  Please let Peter Blair know if you are able to help out, and for how long, (0431193810) or peteblair75@gmail.com.

24th December: Advent 4 & Christmas Eve – A rare opportunity to worship three times in one day.

  • Come along at 9:30am for worship during which Richard Arnold will offer us an opportunity to meditate as part of our regular liturgical flow
  • Then come back at 7:00pm for our Pageant: A message of hope & joy, a celebration for all ages
  • Have a short rest and return at 11:30pm to celebrate the birth of Christ as we worship by candlelight and celebrate Holy Communion

A totally excellent way to spend the day indeed!! Then of course you can return again on Christmas morning 9:30am to once again celebrate the birth of our Saviour.
